Collaboration with MINDGENIX –Pharmaseed and MINDGENIX, a New York-based company specializing in pre-clinical neuroscience contract research services, agree that Pharmaseed will manage MINDGENIX’s third-party testing business, which involves the testing of compounds using APP/PS1 transgenic mice. Pharmaseed will operate all aspects of the testing business, including invoicing and collecting client payments, and MINDGENIX will be entitled to receive a portion of the revenue earned by Pharmaseed. The term of the agreement is three years and is renewable every year for five years.
