Angiogenesis
Pharmaseed Bioservices offers a wide battery of experimental models for the assessment of angiogenesis.
Angiogenesis refers to a physiological process in the body involving capillary blood vessels. Angiogenesis models are widely used in cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, wound healing and diabetes, among other clinical indications.
Screening of tested technologies involves the combination of in-vitro, ex-vivo and in-vivo models that, if integrated correctly, may provide insight into the proof of mechanism and concept of your drug compound. Together, such integrative approach could provide with abundance of information about technological translational aspects.
Most common angiogenesis models include in-vivo Corneal Pocket, Hind Limb Ischemia, Cardiac Ischemia and Stroke; Ex-vivo models include Chorioallantoic Membrane in Chick Embryo model and Cell Proliferation and Migration assays; in-vitro models provide complimentary information.
